INPROV Terms of Service

Welcome to INPROV, a communication and relationship management tool provided by Auxilium. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the INPROV application and services. By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Access

To use INPROV, you must be at least sixteen (16) years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Professional Disclaimer (Crucial Limitation)

INPROV IS A COMMUNICATION AND LOGISTICS TOOL, NOT A MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC SERVICE.

A. No Medical/Therapy Advice: INPROV is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not provide mental health services, therapy, or professional counseling. B. Seek Professional Help: Always seek the advice of qualified professionals regarding any questions about your health, emotional distress, or relationship issues. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by INPROV.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use INPROV only for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with improving interpersonal communication and relationship logistics. You may not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

A. Paid Features: Certain features and access levels within INPROV (e.g., Couple Plan, Team/Organizational Plan) may require a paid subscription ("Premium Features"). B. Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions are typically billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless canceled by you prior to the end of the current billing period. C. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

5. User Content and Responsibility

A. User Content: You are solely responsible for the content, data, and information (e.g., personal goals, emotional logs, and schedule entries) that you share or submit on the Service ("User Content"). B. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or share any User Content that is harmful, illegal, defamatory, offensive, harassing, or violates any third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

INPROV and Auxilium provide the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or specific outcome of using the application. INPROV and Auxilium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the app or website. Your continued use of the INPROV app after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Note: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the INPROV application immediately
